Returns
We are proud to offer a 30 day return guarantee on FlashForge products. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in brand new condition. For 3D printers, it must not have been operated, have marks or show signs of use. FLASHFORGE USA does not cover ordinary damages caused by improper use or accidents. If an item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, please contact our support technician, and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner.
All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping must be pre-paid.
