Humless warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, Humless will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at Humless’s option, without charge to you.
Returns: Humless provides a 30-Day Return Window and the following limited warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. You must contact us via email at support@ecostoredirect.com
When you contact us we will provide you with an RMA number and confirm the return address to you. You can then arrange to send back the product. The return cost associated with any unopened/unused and non-defective product is the purchasers responsibility.
If you would like to return any unopened/unused and non-defective product after 30 days of product purchase, that item can be returned back to us and you will incur a 15% restocking fee.
