This product is backed by a 1-year material and workmanship warranty. Zamp Solar Framed Solar panels carry a Limited Peak Power Output Warranty - 25 year repair or replacement. All products carry a Limited Product Warranty - 5 year repair or replacement.
Returns
We work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.
All returns submitted for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping.
We will waive the restocking fee and pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) in the event of a shipping or product error.
