    What is your return policy?

    Returns and refund policies vary by the product/brands, so please see our product pages for specific details. We match the Warranty, Returns, and Refund policies of our suppliers. Please direct any warranty, return, and refund claims to support@ecostoredirect.com, and a knowledgeable staff member will respond within 1 business day.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    All orders cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a full refund. 

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 5% restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped, along with any additional fees required by our suppliers. The 5% restocking fee is waived in the case that the shipping is significantly delayed without prior notice (by 2 weeks) or if the product is damaged. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    What if my product is damaged?

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@ecostoredirect.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf, or follow the warranty policies of our brands. 

    How do I place an order?

    First, locate the product you would like to purchase and choose the quantity in the selection box. Next, click on the “Add to Cart” button. All of your products will be added to your cart.

    You will find your cart at the "My Cart" button located at the upper right-hand side of the website. When you are prepared to complete your purchase, ensure your cart is correct and press "Checkout".

    Enter your shipping/billing and credit card information and follow the instructions on the checkout page. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order.

    How will my order be fulfilled?

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

    Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

    How can I change My Account information?

    You can change your contact information at any time by signing into "My Account" and editing the information. Save the changes and your account will be updated.

    Do you charge sales tax?

    Only customers residing in the state of Florida will be charged sales tax. Orders from outside Florida will not be charged sales tax.

    How can I make a change or cancel my order?

    Once an order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel your order online. To request a change or cancellation of an order, please contact us at support@ecostoredirect.com. All orders cancelled after 48 hours will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

    How long will it take for my order to ship?

    We are proud to offer Free Shipping to all orders inside the US. We also offer the fastest available shipping times. Shipping times vary by brand/product, and specific times are available on each product page. We will send you tracking information within 1-2 business days of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@ecostoredirect.com

    Can you ship to a P.O. Box or an APO Address?

    At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, due to the size of our products, as well as APO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We offer free shipping within the United States. For shipments outside of the US, please contact a member of our team and we can create an order for you to get your purchase shipped overseas. If there's overseas shipping fees, the customer will be obliged to cover the costs.

    Where are your products shipped from?

    Our products are shipped from various locations. Some of our brands are shipped from Overseas (mostly China) and can take a little bit longer to ship compared to our brands that are based in the US. Please see on our product pages the shipping time for each product and an estimated delivery time. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as it's received. 

    Is it free shipping on all products on the site?

    Shipping is free for all products you see on the website and that assumes they are being shipped by standard delivery methods.
