We are glad to offer free shipping for products shipped within the continental US.
We currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska through our website. If you are interested in placing an order to ship to either of these locations, feel free to reach out to us directly so that we can work to provide you custom shipping arrangements.
For any small parcel shipments being shipped via ground, you can usually expect delivery of your product within 5-7 business days for orders being shipped to any of the contiguous states.
This product cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
Warranty & Returns
Warranty:
MAXOAK’s products come with a 24 month replacement or maintenance warranty.
Returns: Any unopened/unused and non-defective product purchased can be returned to us within 30 days of the original ship date without incurring a restocking fee. You must contact us via email at support@ecostoredirect.com
When you contact us we will provide you with an RMA number and confirm the return address to you. You can then arrange to send back the product. The return cost associated with any unopened/unused and non-defective product is the purchasers responsibility.
If you would like to return any unopened/unused and non-defective product after 30 days of product purchase, that item can be returned back to us and you will incur a 15% restocking fee. In addition, the return cost associated with the unopened/unused and non-defective product is the purchasers responsibility.
