The MAXOAK K5 is just the product for that purpose when hurricanes, tornadoes, high winds, floods and other seasonal disasters have the potential to cause power outages in your area. This can be a problem if you use a CPAP machine for sleep therapy. It’s also the typical travel season when people visit friends and family for the holidays. Fortunately, alternatives for effective and affordable CPAP power bank are currently available.
The final charge time maybe different according to how you set your cpap settings such as pressure, humidifier and heater. Even with the same brand, the charge time is different on whether the pressure is fixed or flexible/auto-adjustable. The pressure will go higher if it is a self titrating unit and worn with mask worn on, the CPAP will drive more current than taking off the mask. A full face mask will also drive more current than nasal mask, so multiple factors can affect the current draw, that make the final charge time different.

For any small parcel shipments going Ground, you can usually expect delivery of your product within 5-7 business days for orders being shipped to any of the contiguous states.

Warranty & Returns

MAXOAK’s products come with a 12 month replacement or maintenance warranty.
Returns: Any unopened/unused and non-defective product purchased can be returned to us within 30 days of the original ship date without incurring a restocking fee. You must contact us via email at support@ecostoredirect.com
When you contact us we will provide you with an RMA number and confirm the return address to you. You can then arrange to send back the product. The return cost associated with any unopened/unused and non-defective product is the purchasers responsibility.
If you would like to return any unopened/unused and non-defective product after 30 days of product purchase, that item can be returned back to us and you will incur a 15% restocking fee. In addition, the return cost associated with the unopened/unused and non-defective product is the purchasers responsibility.
